A free audio guided visualisation
I've been playing with the idea of creating audio guided visualisations and meditations for a long time, but it's been one of those endlessly deferred projects -- until last week when I finally decided to go for it! I just want to put this out as a free gift. If it helps you relax and connect to the beautiful countryside of Britain that I describe here, then that is wonderful, so please enjoy it, and share it freely.
